7.1. These terms and conditions may be amended by Living Unlocked Group Ltd., which will notify all registered Users of the platform Living Unlocked Group Ltd. in an appropriate manner.

 

Living Unlocked Group Ltd. and the User agree that any addition and amendment to these terms and conditions will take effect for the User after their express notification by Living Unlocked Group Ltd. and if the User does not reject them within the provided 14-day period.

 

The User agrees that all statements of Living Unlocked Group Ltd. in connection with the amendment of these terms and conditions will be sent to the email address provided by the User at registration.

 

The User agrees that the emails sent in accordance with this article do not need to be signed with an electronic signature to have an effect on them.

7.3. These terms and conditions for purchase and sale and the User’s contract with Living Unlocked Group Ltd. are terminated in the following cases:

 

- upon termination and declaration of liquidation or declaration of bankruptcy of one of the parties to the contract;

- by mutual consent of the parties in writing;

- unilaterally, with notice from either party in case of non-fulfillment of the obligations of the other party;

- in case of objective impossibility for any of the parties to fulfill their obligations;

- in case of seizure or sealing of equipment by state authorities;

- Living Unlocked Group Ltd. has the right, without prior notice and without compensation, to unilaterally terminate the contract if it finds that the User is using Living Unlocked Group Ltd. in violation of these Terms and Conditions, the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria, generally accepted social, moral, and ethical norms, as well as in violation of generally accepted rules in electronic commerce.

 

7.4. The User is obliged to indemnify Living Unlocked Group Ltd. in case of legal claims and other claims from third parties (whether justified or not) arising from or in connection with:

 

- non-fulfillment of any of the obligations under this contract;

- violation of copyright, production rights, broadcasting rights, or other rights on intellectual or industrial property;

- unlawful transfer to other persons of the rights provided to the User for the term and under the conditions of the contract;

- Living Unlocked Group Ltd. is not responsible in cases of force majeure, unforeseen events, problems with Internet access, technical or other objective reasons.

 

Living Unlocked Group Ltd. is not responsible for security breaches of the technical equipment of the Living Unlocked Group Ltd. site, for possible subsequent loss of information, access to information, etc.

 

Living Unlocked Group Ltd. is not responsible to the User for unauthorized changes to the Primary Contact Email address.

 

*Additional Terms*

 

8.1. The invalidity of any provision of these terms and conditions does not lead to the invalidity of all conditions.

 

8.2. Living Unlocked Group Ltd. reserves the right to contact the User for the purpose of surveys/questionnaires/studies. These can be conducted online, by phone, or in physical form of any nature.

 

8.3. These conditions come into effect for all Users of Living Unlocked Group Ltd. on 16.09.2024.
